This challenge is to help you get yourself together mentally, physically and spiritually in the next 30 days to refuel and replenish your mind, body and soul.

*Pick one or more from each of the three categories below to practice daily (feel free to mix and match choices):


Mental Practice:

-Read 5 pages of a book

-Study a new language for 10 minutes a day

-Listen to a podcast

-Say or write down positive affirmations and the things you’re grateful for


Physical Practice

-Workout at the gym

-Stretch/Yoga

-Participate in a group workout session

-At home workout


Spiritual Practice

-Pray

-Meditate

-Read religious text

-Spiritual Meditation
